For the Custom Duration option, we offer a personalised meal plan tailored to suit your unique recovery journey. Whether you’re looking for Confinement, Miscarriage, or Fertility nutritional support, this customisable option lets you decide how long you’d like to receive our nourishing meals.

For our Custom Meals, we cater to specific dietary needs such as gluten-free, ingredient exclusions, or other special requirements. Our team will work closely with you to understand your needs and adjust meals accordingly, ensuring your nourishment remains safe, comforting, and suitable for your recovery.

 

We also provide A La Carte Meals, which offer a single serving from our carefully curated 28-day rotating menu, perfect for first-time customers who wish to sample our food before committing to a full package, or for mamas who need a wholesome postpartum meal on selected days.

Each order features our Meal of the Day, freshly prepared by our kitchen team based on our daily menu. You can refer to our full confinement menu here to view the options that may be served.

Mama J’s A La Carte Package Includes:

  • Carbo of the Day
  • Meat of the Day
  • Vegetable of the Day
  • Soup of the Day
  • 1 Packet of Tea (Brown Rice Tea/Red Dates Tea)

Orders must be placed at least one day prior before 2PM for dinner start meal and before 12PM for lunch start meal

Please note that the price listed applies to a one-time à la carte meal only. For the Custom Duration and Custom Meals, simply reach out to us via WhatsApp to get started. Our team will work closely with you to design a schedule and meal customisation that fits your preferences, from meal types to delivery timings.

Only available for dinner, delivery timing : 3.30pm - 7.30pm ONLY. If you would like other timings, do check out our A La Carte meal option here.

By default, we will be doing meal deliveries for the following days:

  • Christmas Day
  • New Year's Day
  • 1st and 2nd Day of Chinese New Year

However, customers can choose to opt out for those days and extend package by the number of public holidays skipped. Surcharge applies for delivery on Chinese New Year.

Orders must be placed one day prior before 2PM for dinner start meal and before 12PM for lunch start meal, and customers are encouraged to leave their preferred delivery date and time (lunch or dinner time) in the comments section upon ordering.
