Delivery timing for Mama J’s Confinement food is 9.30 am-1.15 pm for lunch, 3.30 pm-7.15 pm for dinner DAILY, including on weekends and Public Holidays. For certain Public Holidays, if we are not operating, we will notify mummies 1 week ahead of time to ensure mummies have enough time to plan ahead.

How is the food delivered?
Food is delivered hot/warm using Mama J’s Pink Thermal Tiffin Carrier, inside a thermal bag.
*Plastic containers will only be used for the trial meal and for mummie’s last meal with us.
How do I return the tiffin carrier to you daily?
We will deliver the meals to you, and collect back the tiffin carrier from the previous meal, a 1-1 exchange!
Do I have to wash my own tiffin carrier?
Yes, please do ask someone to help wash the tiffin carrier before returning to us!

Do you deliver islandwide?
We deliver islandwide without additional charges, except for areas that fall under the postal codes starting from 01-06, 09, 62, 63, 73, and 75: Raffles Place, Cecil, Marina, People’s Park, Boat Quay, Harbourfront, Sentosa, Pioneer/Tuas, Woodlands, and Sembawang.
The additional charges will be counted based on the address and the package.
My EDD is just an estimate, what if i need to activate my package earlier/later?
No problem, send us a message on WhatsApp before 2pm to activate your package, and we will start the meals the following day for you.
Do you sell other products other than food?
Yes, we also sell gift cards, confinement cookbooks, and others, which make thoughtful gifts for new mamas or loved ones who may need extra nourishment and care.
Can I postpone/cancel my meals?
Do let us know a day before, before 2pm so we can make necessary arrangements. You have up to 3 Postponement of meals allowed for 1 package order. Cancellations of meals are strictly non-refundable. Once package is canceled, cannot be reinstated

We understand that life may change. If you need a refund for whatever reason, it will be processed on a case-by-case basis. Do contact our team on WhatsApp if you need one.
