Yes, Our trial meal is designed for pregnant mummies to try out first, so they can confirm their package with us for their confinement. We always recommend to plan ahead so mummies can have a hassle-free happy confinement after giving birth!

What’s the difference between Trial Meal 1 and Trial Meal 2 ?
Trial meal 1 is our Signature Pig Trotter in Black Vinegar, and trial meal 2 is more suitable for those who prefers an alternative!
I don’t take pork / chicken, Can I opt out for trial meal?
No problem, just let us know via Whatsapp along with your order number and we will customize it for you on our end.
Are your trial meals also delivered in tiffin carriers?
Our trial meals are delivered in plastic containers, but your actual confinement meals will be delivered in thermal tiffin carriers.
What time is delivery & Do you deliver daily?
Delivery timing for Mama J’s Confinement food is 10.30am-1.30pm for lunch, 4.30pm-7.30pm for dinner DAILY, inclusive weekends and Public Holidays. For certain Public Holidays, if we are not operating, we will notify mummies 1 week ahead of time to ensure mummies ample time to plan ahead.
How is the food delivered?
Food is delivered hot/warm using Mama J’s Thermal Tiffin Carrier, inside a thermal bag. *plastic containers will only be used for trial meal and for mummie’s last meal with us.
How do I return the tiffin carrier to you daily?
We will deliver meal to you, and collect back the tiffin carrier from previous meal, a 1-1 exchange!
Do I have to wash my own tiffin carrier?
Yes, please do ask someone to help wash the tiffin carrier before returning to us! (whispers) Psst, we are working towards making it more convenient for mummies so please bear with us!
Do you deliver islandwide?
We deliver islandwide without additional charges, except for Tuas and Sentosa.
My EDD is just an estimate, what if i need to activate my package earlier/later?
No problem, Whatsapp us before 4pm to activate your package and we will start the meals the following day for you.
